My name is Arceli Magpayo Brown. I grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and am a Titan Alumni of T.C. Williams High School. I have been a long-time resident of Springfield, Virginia, receiving my undergrad from Averett University as Business Administration. I am happily married to Vincent Brown since 2007 and blessed with 2 wonderful children. I enjoy running races in DC and VA (MCM marathoner), singing, dancing, movies, TV series- k-dramas, nature, outdoor activities, theater, travel and food.
