Jorrel Jesus Morales

Jorrel is our Part Time Billing Specialist and Admin Representative. He is our College Intern and we are glad to have him part of Team Brown Agency.
Jorrel is developing more office skills and administrative work. His primary duties involve taking care of our customers' insurance payments, processing and analyzing billing inquiries, providing proof of insurance documents, and setting up policy review appointments for the Agent and for authorized team members. He also handles incoming and outgoing calls and emails, making birthday calls to our customers daily, and responding to incoming text messages throughout the day.
Part of Jorrel's administrative work also include explaining the claims process to the customer, assisting customer for their current claim status, and transferring call if a claim needs to be filed. He also handles all clerical activities such as answering the phone, enabling customers to set up or register online, helping customers to complete their drive safe and save set up, filing paperwork and creating customer's folder file, updating customers' contact information in ECRM, processing incoming mail correspondence for policy updates and submitting other pertinent documents such as proof of grades for good student discount and following up with the customer on letters sent to confirm alarm system documentation for home alert discount.
Jorrel is in the process of obtaining his Property and Casualty insurance license so he can provide the most remarkable service to all of our customers, he is excited to be able to quote and provide auto, home, renters, condo, business and umbrella liability insurance.
We are happy to have Jorrel in our team. He enjoys his job and he is a great asset to our agency.

Ethan is a part time team member that helps with the insurance service and policy maintenance. He is licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, & Health Insurance for VA, DC, and MD. Ethan is able to help customers uncover their insurance needs providing auto, home, renters, condo, business, life and health insurance. He assists with customer relations, billing and claim inquiries and provides remarkable customer service to all of our customers. He continues to learn and improve himself. He is resourceful and organized. He strives to help and improve the agency with his impeccable abilities. Outside of work, he is working to get his bachelors in Business Information Technology and Cybersecurity.

Josh grew up in Fairfax Station, VA and is currently our College Intern as part time Insurance Account and Admin Office Representative. Josh is in-charge of our policy service maintenance, state-to-state policy transfers, retention, prospecting and processing auto, home, life and health insurance payments for our policyholders. He is also licensed in Property and Casualty insurance providing auto, home, renters, condo and business insurance in VA, DC and MD. He also assists the Agent training new employees and onboarding new customers.
Josh has been a great team player. We are very grateful of his excellent technical skills and always there to support the entire team.
