"The agent and entire office of Arceli Brown- State Farm has consistently provided excellent services. Even prior to submitting a claim recently, the office personnel are always polite and patient, very accommodating to our needs. Recently, we had to file a claim and I was just terrified, as I dread this kind of thing. But their office personnel walked me through so efficiently. I didn’t have to do anything or even worry at all. They took care of everything. Even the auto body shop (Quality Auto Body Shop in Fairfax) they recommended to us is trustworthy/ reliable. Their craftsmanship is excellent. The entire experience was so easy and positive. I highly recommend Arceli Brown’s agency , definitely top notch!"
