My name is Arceli Magpayo Brown. I grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and am a Titan Alumni of T.C. Williams High School. I have been a long-time resident of Springfield, Virginia, receiving my undergrad from Averett University as Business Administration. I am happily married to Vincent Brown since 2007 and blessed with 2 wonderful children. I enjoy running races in DC and VA (MCM marathoner), singing, dancing, movies, TV series- k-dramas, nature, outdoor activities, theater, travel and food.

I am a member of several community organizations and support several non-profit organizations including:

I have been affiliated with State Farm since 1991 and am licensed in Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland and West Virginia for Property & Casualty insurance as well as Life, Health and Retirement insurance. I am also a Notary Public in Virginia. I love helping customers protect their lives and fulfill their dreams. My office provides car insurance, life insurance, home, renters, condo, rental property insurance, pet medical insurance, health and business insurance quotes, and other financial service products.

My office enjoys helping our policyholders understand how their coverage work for their auto, life, home, umbrella liability protection and business insurance. We also can protect your valuables, jewelry, collectible and sports equipment. And if you are a pet lover, we promote Pet Medical Insurance through Trupanion Pet Insurance and they provide competitive price and comprehensive coverage. We also promote Lightstream Consumer loans, a consumer lending alliance with Truist Bank providing any type of loans and financial services.
